Course content
The content of this course includes the fundamental techniques and strategies of various track and field events, such as sprints, middle-distance and long-distance running, relays, hurdles, jumps, and throws. Students will engage in practical training to develop their speed, strength, endurance, and technique, while also gaining an understanding of the rules, competition formats, and the importance of sportsmanship in track and field athletics.
