Course content
International Political Economy (IPE) is a complex and an evolving discipline. In examining the relationship between politics and economy, IPE focuses on the political impact on the operation of the global, regional and national markets and the opportunities provided and limitations imposed on the political, security and sovereignty issues by the market. Accordingly, this course aims to provide a background to the students about the multiple approaches to the IPE phenomena and to develop their analytical and critical skills.
