What is summer school at METU and who can take it?

Summer school is an optional short term after the spring semester in which some courses are offered on a compressed schedule. Students often use it to repeat a course, catch up, or lighten a future term. Which courses open, the fees, and the registration dates change every year and are announced separately from the normal calendar.
