Where can I eat cheaply on or near campus?

The subsidised student cafeteria (yemekhane) is usually the cheapest hot meal on campus, and there are cafés and small eateries around campus and in nearby neighbourhoods. Cooking in dorm/flat kitchens and shopping at supermarkets (e.g. campus market and chains nearby) also saves money. This is student experience, menus and prices change, so check current options on campus.
