Distribution of granitic belt of Turkey and the world. Anatomy of a batholith, major divisions of a granitoid. Emplacement mechanisms and structural control on the type of emplacement. Structural analysis of enclaves, lineation and foliation, shear zones, dykes and joints. Geological characteristics of intrusive contacts and roof pendants.
