Introduction to fuel cells: Fuel cell types, fundamentals of alkaline, proton exchange membrane, phosphoric acid, and direct methanol fuel cells. Fuel cell electrochemistry, fuel cell components: membranes, catalysts, and membrane electrode assemblies, fuel cell modeling and system design, fuel cell applications.
