Experimental Plant Physiology

Course content

This course is designed to teach students some practical methods in plant physiology and biochemistry experiments on bioenergetics, membrane stability, and protein and lipid metabolism under abiotic stress conditions such as salt and drought. Additional experiments on Agrobacteria-mediated gene transfer will be conducted.
