Course content

This course will provide an overview and analysis of the current issues in capital markets. We will examine the evolving structure and role of capital markets and institutions in the development of economy. Attention will be given to Turkish capital markets in the context of intense global competition. Increased capital mobility and global harmonization. The various evolving concepts in capital markets will be analyzed.
