Introduction to propulsion systems; Internal combustion engines; Propeller theory; Thermodynamic cycle and performance analysis of air-breathing engines (turbojet, turbofan, turboprop, ramjet, scramjet engines); Rocket performance, and ideal rocket thrust analysis; Multi-staging concept, and multi-stage rocket performance.
