Course content

This course is a continuation of ADM 3429 Administrative Law I and aims to elaborate on the themes introduced in the previous course with a practical focus. Building upon the theoretical foundations established in Administrative Law I, this course will explore the practical application of administrative law principles and concepts. Students will engage in the analysis of real-world case studies and scenarios, applying their knowledge to solve complex legal problems in the context of administrative law. The course will cover a range of topics, including administrative decision-making, judicial review of administrative actions, administrative sanctions, and the liability of public authorities. Through interactive discussions, group projects, and individual assignments, students will develop their legal problem-solving skills and learn to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical legal reasoning. By the end of the course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of the practical dimensions of administrative law in Turkey.
