This course critically examines the capacity of the public sector to efficiently, effectively and equitably allocate of public resources, critically reviews the public sector financial resource management processes and strategies, and critically analyses the management implications of contemporary financial resource management imperatives. A key element of the course is the budgeting approaches adopted internationally.
